Surprise Proposal — Julien & Kyler

When I get a message about a proposal, I freak out like a little kid on Christmas. I love capturing this special day and feel so honored that a couple has chosen me to do so. It couldn’t have been a more perfect day for this proposal to happen. We live in Southern Indiana where the weather is… ya know… weird lol. One day it’s 75 degrees in April and the next day it’s 20 degrees and snowing. So if you live in Southern Indiana, ya just know what I mean when I say the weather is weird.

Anyways, this couple picked such a perfect day considering the crazy weather we have had the past couple of weeks. It had just rained that whole week before. This day was 70 and sunny! I had my husband tag along with me on this day for fun. We waited at an ice-cream shop while the couple was getting boba tea. My adrenaline was through the sky. The waiting up to the proposal gets my blood pumpin’ thats for sure.

We went to the walking bridge where he popped the question and she said YES! We then walked back over the bridge and shared lots of conversations and many laughs along with some more photos. The photos towards the end of this blog shows the tea place they went to before he popped the question. Such a special place they can visit and be reminded of this beautiful day that changed their lives!
